North Carolina high school fall sports delayed. Cross country and volleyball resume first on November 4.

Football can start practicing on February 8, first games February 26, last game April 9. But the NCHSAA is still working on a playoff plan, that’s only a 7 week season and no word on whether that includes playoffs or not.

Talk to your legislative representatives and let them know how you feel. The UNC system Board is predominantly their issue now since they bullied their way to the majority of the appointments.

Legislators here are morons for the most part and on both sides. Listening to them in session a couple times made my head hurt!!!!

Random rant for the day. When I first jumped onto twitter years back it was so nice to have an outlet where I could grab sports news in an efficient, timely manner. Now, you can’t even follow the sports folks without getting looped into their own political opinions or get linked backed to see crap from people you’ve already blocked. Taking a break from that crap. Apologies for the rant.
