It’s not going to be a full tear down. It's going to depend if the new GM is going to go into a full teardown or not. I give up 3 firsts plus easily.
Yep, I think that we're at a tipping point regarding "draft capital". It's time to spend some of it on proven quantities before Suzuki gets past his prime. The window is fully open as of next season. It's going to depend if the new GM is going to go into a full teardown or not. I give up 3 firsts plus easily.
MD is an elite skater he can easily play at high level for 2-3 more yearsHorvat cap hit is 8.5 for 6 more years. He's 30 now....
His cap hit is somewhat good for what he brings....8.5M will be considered cheap in the next 6 years.
Duchene is 34....but his cap hit is 3M (his numbers are great, so he'll get a pay increase for sure).
Duchene's numbers have been better than Horvat, but maybe it has to do with team around him ?
I think i'd rather give Duchene 8-9M for 3 years, than get Horvat for 6 more years
Who’s your Slaf replacement in the trade?
Not UFADobsons are harder to find than Barzals. Make a trade for Dobson and sign a UFA 2C like Horvat, Duchene, Bennett, or whoever.
Unless, of course, Crosby becomes available.
No thanks at 9-10 milDobson for sure....how many picks do we have to forfeit if we offer sheet him....
He's getting 9M for sure
how much do you think a top 2 dmen is worth going forward....especially a 25 year old studNo thanks at 9-10 mil
