GDT: Canes @ Flyers 1/22 6:00 - Rescheduled

Game on FS Carolinas @ 6:00, no mention of a pre-game show. Thur game in Buff is on SportsSouth, Sat. tilt with Ottawa returns to FSCR.

When I went to program my DVR this morning, I saw "Hurricanes Live!" pregame show on the guide. Not a big fan of Chantal, so didn't record.
 
I've seen the same official releases saying that TWC would have the game on the SportsSouth 521/1521 Special Event channels.

But I also see a Flyers game on Fox Sports South (TWC 1508) at 6 pm with a 5:30 pre-game show. So, I'm going with a DVR setting for that, betting the official news is behind the curve of actual events.

EDIT: Ah, I see from a few posts above that evidently Forslund also said Fox Sports South, contrary to the official release. So, I'm really sure I did the right thing by believing the channel guide over the news release.

Forslund would certainly know where he's being broadcast. He's that kind of detail guy.

Fair enough ... but most Federal and local government employees in DC were sent home in the middle of the afternoon, so while they didn't declare a formal emergency it sure looked like one. I know Philly is different in terms of infrastructure ... just pointing out ho frustrating this is when everybody else seems to be able to roll with it.
 
FWIW: The N&O TV listing for Fox Sports Carolina (normally 1508) has Wake Forest & VA Tech @ 7:00 and replay @ 12:00 and boxing at 9:00.

My suspicion right now is that our game is on 1521. As it is a late change and the above is regular scheduling. All will be FSCR, just the game on an alternate channel. The below is from Canes site for Jan 22 game, must be an update as there was not a game scheduled for today, Jan 22.

Can anyone confirm for me that the game is on 1521 on Time Warner? I'm still at work and set up my DVR to record that channel starting at 6PM. If it ended up being broadcast on a different channel, I want to change the recording as early in the game as possible.
