Hey Nerds: Blockchain

Preston it is. Oh wait he's a Bruins fan. Jonas then.

Dammit.

Can't be zeke

Ok MindzEye even though he's pompous.
If being a fan of a team means fangirling unconditionally then I guess you can say I'm a fan of no team.

What'd they say in their most recent earnings?

They focused on the upside which was a heightened demand for cleaning/sanitization etc. I'm not married to the position but I like to have one or two shorts on as a hedge, and this seemed like a low risk candidate. It hasn't kept up with the market lately...so if the market does spill, their downside should accelerate. Let me know what your buddy says....

A big part of their business is so-called cleanrooms, which is often like the labs of tech and biotech companies, so maybe there’s some truth to it. They also sell all of the consumables to their clients, which now will include boatloads of sanitizer that they cheaply produce.

I have another client that is a manufacturer and bottler of shampoos and soaps. Their revenue has gone up by millions since the virus, and they’re turning down business due to a lack of capacity. All because of hand sanitizers.

I appreciate that insight...and I'm sure the company is legit but their valuation is 33 x forward p.e....Apple is 28.

For sure, that seems nuts. I’m just saying that if they are producing and selling nonstop sanitizer shipments to their huge client base, that could be a sneaky savior for them.

I agree...it's a saviour but seems like a low margin business and not worthy of propelling the company to all time highs

I mean, you should see their contracts. They do bulk in most of their sales and services. Often charging $.02 per unit of whatever. Their margins are razor thin. Other than initial “installments” of their services for new clients. If they’re now producing sanitizer for next to nothing and selling it for $3-$5 a pop, those could be the best margins they’ve ever seen. Offset by customers going bankrupt and other services being down, but still intriguing.

28% jump in rec weed sales from june to July in Illinois. Medical sales aren't posted yet but assuming they are flat, we're looking at a ~1.1b annual run rate and increasing monthly as supply increases.

Green thumb likely gets roughly a quarter of a billion of that based on their illy market share.

Fuckface angrily, belligerently yelling at anyone who disagreed with trulieve getting wrecked on the unlock tops my list as my favorite fuckface moment. He couldn't have possibly been more wrong. Woof

I'll always keep my screengrab of him not even considering the other side of his bet. That's trading 101. What does the other side think?

went home with my mask on APT. If this one moves, it can move $10 in a week. Getting more buzz as folks don't want made in China masks

I am truly sorry I could not explain FSLY to LOF better when it was trading at $25

FSLY getting juiced before their earnings because most of their customers crushed their earnings (AMZN, SHOP, PINS, etc)
