Hey Nerds: Blockchain

So I looked into esports thanks to ch1 and bought espt. In my first day I exited my principle with 65% gains. Playing with house money on them now. Kind of insane luck but that'll keep me above water for the time being. Jesus Christ. This mother fucking sector has some real hype right now.

One thing I've learned is to follow the hot stocks, or in this case, sector. At this stage you don't even need to pick the longterm winners. That shit means dick all . There are very few esports stocks out there right now, especially in canada... they'll all have their moments as long as the hype is there CH1 knows. As usual.

Nice job! I don’t play ESPT as I can’t really babysit the ticker all day. But I did by beaten down pot play LHS yesterday morning at .41 (they sold some assets the previous day)

Up 11%. Hope it holds today.

My funds are all locked up in my US account so the options are sparse for me. I figured GAME had a nice run not long ago and the chart for ESPT was looking pretty nice, with hype coming into the sector. It was due for a bounce. I didn't expect that necessarily, but it was a nice surprise. I'll probably by more if we see a significant dip, but honestly the pullback yesterday may just be what it needed.

Now I hope CBII can pull off a similar move one of these days. Thin resistance and low float - just needs bull volume to bust through. Won't happen without news or perhaps a sector sentiment shift though.

Watch the Esports stocks, they might pop but they're similar (with an important difference) to ganj circa 2017. Nobody is actually making money in the Esports world yet, the money is all in content and currently that's getting soaked up by the streamers.

Yup. I'm not playing anything long. Just quick flips when I see potential for a move. I'm not even remotely convinced on the fundamentals with them.

Fucking hell, this mother fucker is literal crack. Bought more at 0.265 this morning and shit immediately popped. Sold that portion at .305. Still letting original profits ride though. It's all house money at this point.

CL with some real impressive fucking earnings. As expected of course. Zero debt, solid EBITA and revenue growth. With Illinois legalizing in January, them and Thumb are going to have a big fucking 2020. Potential through to roof on these MSOs. Florida, NY and NJ just around the corner too.

Fully expect them and OH to dump tomorrow though as is tradition.

Isn't this game fun?

Anyone want to guess where Canopy lands? 32.20ish is the next support level, it's under all of the important MA's. RSI of 24, lol. So you could say it's a bit oversold, but I'd bet more on some churn at these levels until that evens out before another plunge south, rather than a significant oversold bounce. If it breaks 32.20 (CAD), look out below.

Oversold, but this has been a slow, calculated bleed. Nothing really extreme yet so as a result, I have no interest. I may start scaling in if we get a flush on a 25.26 break of support (on CGC.. it broke momentarily, but zero follow through). But the bottom is truly anyone's guess. I originally said low 30's on WEED (CAD) before financials came out but now I wonder if that's too conservative.

the weekly chart (US price) is pretty interesting, Maybe it can find support a few bucks away. But iI won't touch it until I see a reversal on big volume.

32.20 (WEED) was the level it had double bottomed at the day before the second STZ announcement (the increase in STZ's stake) https://www.newswire.ca/news-releas...-global-position-and-alignment-690901721.html

That's the bottom I'd be watching right now. Hitting that might be seen as hitting the reset button on the entire fucking thing.

Entirely for reference, WEED was trading at 13.00 the day before the original strategic partnership was announced in 2017.

Yikes...if that doesn't find bottom at that december low, that's an ugly break of trend. I do love the amount of space between highs and lows there. A whole ton of room for trading in both directions even if the trend is downward.

She broke. A gap down tomorrow is 100% worth buying. Hell, it might be worth scaling in today, buying the other half tomorrow in case of a gap down open. A mother fucking bounce is coming, even if it's temporary.

So, I took the day off of watching the markets and looking for plays...did I make a good decision? I don't think I even want to fire up my software and look at my big board.

My gold spiked short term trading account is at ATH. My midterm TFSA is down .02%

But I'm afraid to look at my RSP <let me look>
Down .3%. I guess there's nothing left to beat down in the cannabis patch.
