Hey Nerds: Blockchain

Ugly close coming on multi-staters IMO. Bounce didn't get any follow-through. Red flag. Best case scenario is the vintage end of week random big dick buying. I won't count that out, but it's a bit of a miracle scenario.
 
Got in and out of PTON for lunch money, trying again.

Wendys is an awful, soggy ass burger. They have other things I like, but their burgers are a hard pass for me.
Harveys is just ok, feel like they aren't very good anymore. Being able to dress your own burger is the only draw to me.
McDonalds is McDonalds, it has it's place and you know what you're getting into.
The Whopper is the best fast food burger, but everything else on their menu is awful.
A&W is pretty good, definitely the best of the fast food places.

But if it's not a 2am burger, why are you bothering with the fast food places anyways?

Yep, too many decent "gourmet" (not really, but better to way better than the big chains) burger places have popped up over the last few years if you need a decent burger. 5 guys, Burger Priest, etc
 
I prefer Big Smoke. I find the Priest is good but a little too greasy, the patty almost dissolves in your mouth.

My favourite patties include a llttle brisket or sirloin for more beefiness. So much fun to make at home, especially on a flat surface so you don't lose the fat drippings
 
Not sure if the quality is still there but the 3-4 times I've had Holy Chuck's it has impressed me considerably.
 
And I do not discriminate against overly greasy burgers. I have to be in the mood for it but there's something satisfying about a greasy, regrettable burger. I fucking hate coke but it's the only time a coke is mandatory. Cuts through the grease in a very satisfying way.
 
I'm not even crazy about cheese on my burger. Caramelized onions, pickle and mustard, and I'm good. I want the meat flavour to cut through

Yup. If it's good quality meat the toppings should not overpower the star of the show. If I'm getting a shitty burger I don't mind getting more toppings. A Harvey's burger vs a good burger is like two different foods entirely. I treat them as separate entities. But yeah, not a cheese on burger guy either.
 
Monday morning gap up. Will probably sell my COST calls and chill.

Hopefully, MSOs join the bull parade today.
