He still won't explain himself.

This guy has blasted the Conservatives for a few $100k while white-washing a $1b boon-doggle in the province.

Then he gets caught suggesting that the Senate scandal was 3/4 of that $1b.

No wonder he was going easy on the provincial Liberals - he literally doesn't know how much one billion dollars is.
