Pfizer is aiming to apply for 2-11's in September. When do under 12 start? Any forecasts? I realize the studies are pending but any crystal ball predictions?
"We expect to have definitive readouts and submit for an EUA for two cohorts, including children age 2-5 years of age and 5-11 years of age, in September," Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said, adding that the readout and submission for children 6 months to 2 years is expected in the fourth quarter of 2021.
yeah uptake is very high so far. which is great. You guys have an issue with uptake out East I think. And by issue, I mean the opposite of issue. Seems like you guys are running behind but you have the same number of vaccines as Ontario per capita. Without looking into it, the only explanation I can think of is big dick uptake!
why to travel? because it will be forced?Opening the borders may be a way of pushing fence sitters to get the vaccines done. I have 1 friend who will onky get it to travel and the sooner that carrot is dangled the faster they will move.
Yes, primarily europe after they announced they would allow double dosed americans vacation this summer.why to travel? because it will be forced?
i think we need to force it for local travel (eg. get your vaccine to move between provinces), to attend concerts, sporting events, restaurants, etc
not even concerned about enforcement or if that is legal - anything to get fence sitters on board
About 30-33% of their country is 15 and under. They're not doing 12+ yet.and why has isreal not increased much for vaccine percentage? they still in the 50s? that many kids? still not doing it for 12+ ?

for events like....oh the stampede - make it mandatory you need the vaccine - watch all these rednecks go get the vaccineMy hope is that with the government coming out with the "we need 75% of people to get their vaxx for us to open up", that's going to at least push a handful of people who were hesitant to go for it. As much as I might not mind requiring it for events and the like, I just can't imagine that ever coming to pass other than for schools like manny mentioned (since I think that's already required for some vaccines, no?)
Travel opening and requiring proof will help some too, but not sure what the overlap between travel crowd and anti-vaxx crowd is and whether that's enough to make up any gaps in coverage.
