OT: Fanboy fight: XBox V Playstation

I like to be immersed in the world I'm participating in...it's why I was captivated by Skyrim, but then I like all that medieval, dragon slaying mythical nonsense.

Fallout is a far more real unrealistic universe.

I played for about an hour.

The story seems cool but I find it does not really tell you how to play. Those videos that rumple showed will probably help.

I do not have many thoughts yet. Would need to play more. First impressions...Destiny and MGS5 are much better but most of that is because the game does not really tell you want to do. I had no idea I could "scrap" things or build things. Haha.

There is next to nothing explained in game, like your character, you're pretty much tossed out to the wolves.

Here's some more tips and tricks Tips everyone should know

Fallout and Skyrim are about exploration first, story second. If you aren't willing put time in to explore the series isn't for you.

Like I said. I have played for 1 hour.

I remember walking for 5 hours when WoW came out. Exploring is not the issue.

It's one of the reasons I never finished Oblivion, the conversations un-immersed me.

I also highly recommend accessorising Dogmeat

I know that many of you poo poo the COD franchise... but Black Ops 3 plays very well. It has one of the best "hit sensations" in the franchise for a while.

all of the guns as well are totally usable. Some of the old COD's had sniper rifles of SMG's that were ridiculous to use.

Also the whole feature of choosing specific players with power ups is fun.

I'm having a blast playing this one.
What system are you on now? I'm going to pick up something in the next month but am deciding between PS4 and XboxOne. Have been off the FPS for 6 months now, but you know me, itchy trigger finger..

If you're interested in COD, PS4 is getting a timed exclusive with COD: BO's map packs. I think the general consensus is that PS4 is the better console for shooters this generation. Now if your buddies all bought XBones, then you should probably look at that.

I went with xbone. Liked tge ease of recording clips and the interface. Also xbone this week is opening up about 100 360 games that will be back wards compatible. Black ops one and I thinks two are on the list so when you pop it into the one, you can play on live all of your downloads and against people on the 360 live. I have the gears of war ultimate edition but all three 360 versions are backwards compatible as well.

I will eventually get a ps4. But I will wait until uncharted 4 comes out to pick it up.

Plus I still love the xbone controller better.
Black ops 3 is pretty tight.

I'd really be down for a Zelda game with that comicbook style animation.....looks dope as hell.

Cell-shading? They did that with Wind Waker, but this is certainly different.

It's supposed to be the most "open world" Zelda in history which is why it was delayed.

Needless to say I'm looking forward to E3 2016.
