OT: Movies/TV Shows

Arrested Development is my favorite comedy of all time. I've seen every episode multiple times. So pissed when it got cancelled.

I sent the head of Fox 2lbs of organic bananas as part of a group protest.

I'm convinced that if Facebook and Twitter were around back then, the show would have kept going. In those days, there was no way to measure audience magnitude (how much people like a show). They only measured how many people watched.

How you can't laugh at that chicken dance during filming and saying "what is that? that's not even a bird?" is unreal.

A lot of the best bits in Arrested Development are very subtle.

It's probably best that they have taken so long to get more episodes out. I mean if the new ones don't suck.

It's pretty much comic genius and never went stale due to its short life.

How about a Mayonegg?

This reminds so much of Kirk Cameron indeed. Cameron was around the same age and late in the run in Growing Pains when he "found God" and ruined the show.

This Angus is such a joke. He doesn't know how lucky he is. No one will know who he is once that show ends. He'll never act again. He won the lottery by being on that show and can't appreciate it because he hasn't had to live a real life. **** him.

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives Comes to Toronto

Celebrity chef Guy Fieri, host of the Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives is in town filming at various Toronto eateries.

Guy Fieri sunk his teeth into the Rosedale Diner’s duck confit poutine and Asian sticky ribs while filming part of the Toronto episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

The bleach-blond celebrity chef, Food Network TV star and recently slammed restaurateur, wrapped up filming at the Toronto restaurant Thursday.

Saw 'Killing Them Softly'

It's been getting mixed reviews and it's expected to bomb at the boxoffice, but I thought it was a pretty good Brad Pitt movie with a very good cast.

Yeah, but his sky god meant for this good fortune to befall him, so it's like...cool...that he's made a pile of money for being a bit character on a show made most famous by Charlie Sheen's most recent melt down.

Just saw Life of Pi with my daughter. I really enjoyed it. There were parts that were a little long in the middle, but I really liked it. The message is about God and religion but it really is a take on the beauty and challenges of religion. The 3D is really good.

I hated, hated it. One of the most aggravating movies I've ever seen. I felt it was screaming back at me, look how quirky and brilliant I am! So pretentious...

I agree. I've never felt more disconnected from a movie in my life...and I went in as a big fan of Russell.
