TFC have been earning points to gain some ground, but yet dropping the few they've needed to actually catch up. Final goal tonight, and loss to Miami especially hurt.
With the standings, and opponents' game in hands left, it seems like TFC must jump over Cincy and NE, and try to catch Miami. Columbus with two games in hand and five points up, seems to be out of reach.
- Miami PTs 36; Games left 6: @Chicago (13), Columbus (6), @DC (14), @TFC, Orlando (5), Montreal(2)
- TFC PTs 34; Games left 5: Montreal(2), @Atlanta (11), @Orlando(5), Miami (7), @Philly (1)
Miami game is a must win of course. That would give TFC a 2-points advantage but Miami would have a game in hand.
Cincy also has two games in hand and up a point. TFC has a tough sched...etc. etc. Not looking great.
