If you just do something similar to the smash burger technique as your go to for "fast food" at home, yeah it's crazy easy.
That's exactly what I do yeah.

Had a big Mac for the first time ever a few years ago. Don't get the hype. Mrs. Preston and I can process way better burgers with minimal effort (it's a quick and easy meal really). Don't get the appeal of fast food unless you're out and about.
Meh. If I'm going to have a burger I prefer making it count and having a super elite one that I process from scratch. I don't have them often enough to skimp on quality. But that's just me.
If it wasn’t so full of salt and fat I could eat it every day. Well, maybe not every day, but once or twice a week. The biggest problem with burger chain fast food is that what was once a cheap meal has become so expensive.
Burger King is awful and I’m somebody with a legit affinity for fast food
Yeah it's all about portion control and how you eat outside of those trips really. I know plenty of older folks who eat fast food pretty regularly and maintain a decent weight. I've got some junk food guilty pleasures as well but it's not like I eat them often. How did it affect you? I really don’t see an issue with fast food 1x or 2x per week. Not five burgers in a sitting, of course, but just a basic meal.
When your metabolism slows it’s harder to keep that crap from affecting your lipid levels and weight. It’s really not good for you. It’s there for marginal sustenance when you don’t have time to eat properly. How did it affect you? I really don’t see an issue with fast food 1x or 2x per week. Yep, all you've been told about cholesterol, saturated fats and hearth health is lies.Have you asked your heart about that?
Not if the pig from the bacon is organic! It actually makes it healthier than most vegetables.I was referring to your cooking “oil” of bacon fat. While absolutely delicious, my ass it’s healthy for your heart.
