Looks like Ducharme is heading to Hawks farm team. There is lots of hype around Ducharme, is he really that good?

its OK , he will learn from the best before becoming Habs head coach.

He had a lot of success here in Halifax, including a powerhouse Memorial Cup team that he was instrumental in bringing along.Very highly respected locally, left on his own eventually to coach closer to his Quebec roots. Never heard a negative word about the guy. Very much in control but not known as a hard ass. Maybe more a teacher type of coach I suspect.
