I said I like Cooper. Not saying we should hire him . . . but I'm a fan, even if Therrien out-coached him last spring.

Therrien's coaching has been better, but I credit Bergevin for keeping him on course.....it's been a while since we've had a GM with so much control over the team. Gainey would just throw his trust blindly in his country club friends (Gauthier).
I'm not sure Therrien coaches with the same ''calm'' if Houle (or Gainey) is the GM.

Funny how people calling for Martin's head because of his boring defensive game (protect the 1 goal deficit), wanted Boucher (a much more defensive-minded coach) to take the reign....
