If he plays Kansas City in the playoffs, I think he'll make 'em sweat and possibly even win.

Would you take those two over Hill & Waddle? I wouldn't.

Keenan Allen missed half the year, Mike Williams missed time too. Josh Palmer's their leading receiver by default.

Are five I immediately take over Herbert. Remember, for ease of discussion, we're discussing healthy. If we get into too many nuances there's just no point so on pure talent I take those guys first.

So I would put Herbert around 8. Don't get me wrong, he's a very good QB, but he's not this fucking God to the position that I have to keep hearing about.

Prescott is barely top 10-15 in the league.
 
Not when healthy.

He's the one I remove because of injuries if you want to change parameters.
 
Russell Wilson should be there but WTF happened to him?

Rodgers too old but good. Same with Brady.

Fields too soon to tell, same with Hurts but there is promise in both.

Jackson is in the next five but wildly inconsistent.

Carr is in the teens.

Who am I missing? Cousins?

He's only responsible for the 2nd or 3rd best offense in the league when he plays, but sure. He has bad interceptions, but so do Allen/Mahomes and they're unanimously top-5 QBs. The only thing you can hold against Dak are the interceptions.

Again, can't make a real argument that there are 10 or more quarterbacks better than Dak, unless you're crazy enough to think Carr/Goff/Rodgers are better than Dak, and you'd be alone on an island.

Those are the young QB’s I would take before Dak - I realize some of those are highly subjective. Of the old ones, I’d still take Rodgers for now. So I guess I have Dak at 9.
 
The only player in your list I would not ever consider is Kyler Murray. Everyone else has a valid argument in their favor, imo.

I have no idea what to make of Kyler Murray. He's super talented, but I'm always a little weary of the run-first quarterbacks. To mention he's tiny and looks comical when he's running. Not a fan of Justin Fields at all, who might as well just re-name his position as a throwing running back. I like Lamar, but if he can't run & he's forced to pass, he's average.

Rodgers... I don't know if he's just fed with Green Bay and just didn't get in shape/prepare for the season or if he's just washed. Part of me thinks it's more the former, but if he has another stinker next year, yikes.
 
Add Stafford to the wildly overrated list of quarterbacks. Some people had him top-5 before the year in their lists and I almost fell out of my chair.

Rank him where you want , but he is clearly ahead of Don Ho the Hawaiian

He was a major risk at 5 , body was always going to be an issue in the NFL

If you are going to risk it you take Allen or Herbert in the top 7.

Big arms , built like tanks , and freak of nature athletes .

Their tool box is elite , just need time to mature and get used to the nuances of the league

If Tua played for your bills your fucked .
