Scotty Bowman is like Phil Jackson. The guy won 9 times and all 9 times had by far the best talent in the NHL. He accomplsihed what he should with that talent. He coached all-star teams. The 02 Wins teams is probably his weakest cup winner ever. Think about that.
Trust me, Keefe could win cups with those Habs, Pens and Wings teams as well. Where is his Buffalo cup? Oh yeah, they only had a top 5 team in terms of talent. Not the best talent so he couldn't get it done.

Tavares has been in the league for a dozen years and has been to the second round exactly once. He barely has any playoff experience to speak of. 870 regular season games played, but only 37 career playoff games. He's not getting you anywhere.

And Tavares scored the game 7 OT goal which gave Islanders their first series win in over 20 years
